Company: Coxreels (Manufacturing )Location: TEMPE, AZ 85283Schedule: 2 openings for 2nd shift available
  1. 2nd shift: (1pm-9pm) Monday- Friday
Pay: $17.50-$21.00 DOEJob description/ requirements:
  1. Skilled- powder coat painting experience Minimum 1 year experience.
  2. Skill test will be performed
  3. A good work history a plus
  4. Preparing parts: Sanding, masking, and cleaning parts.
  5. Loading parts: Loading parts onto automated conveyor for desired finishing results.
  6. Processing parts: Following Playbook techniques to perform powder-coating application to fabricated parts.
  7. Inspecting parts: Inspecting components during and after processing to ensure quality standards.
  8. Maintaining work areas: Keeping all work areas clean and organized in line with 5-S standards.
  9. Equipment maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining powder coating guns and equipment on scheduled intervals.
  10. Safety: Maintaining good housekeeping in line with 5-S standards and following established safety procedures. xhqgsiq
  11. Quality issues: Reporting all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the shift line lead or supervisor.
