This role supports project managers by handling job cost accounting, progress billing, payroll coordination, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and reconcile project billings and job costs
  • Track cash flow and project financial performance
  • Process payroll and union benefits
  • Manage accounts payable and subcontractor payments
  • Support project closeout and final financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate, compliant financial documentation

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of construction or project accounting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or on a team
  • Associate degree in Accounting or related field required
