Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
  • Manage AP aging and resolve discrepancies with vendors
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth payment operations
  • Support year-end audits and provide documentation as requested

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Salary: $55,000-$65,000
