We are actively hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. This role requires a passion for aesthetics. We’re looking for a confident provider who thrives in a culture of excellence, accountability, and patient-first care. Experience with wellness services such as weight loss and hormone replacement therapy a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform aesthetic laser and other aesthetic and wellness treatments (such as weight loss, HRT, and IV therapy)
  • Conduct in-depth consultations and create personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with clinical and front-desk teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation and uphold clinical compliance standards

Who You Are:

  • Licensed NP or PA in good standing in Illinois
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in laser and aesthetics and/or wellness services; we will accept applicants with minimal experience that demonstrate a strong passion for aesthetics and are aligned with our core values
  • Passionate about aesthetics, holistic care, and delivering measurable results
  • Strong communicator with consultative sales skills
  • Coachable, adaptable, and thrives in a structured, team-focused environment
