Partnership track position with large, well-established, private group. Group has just entered the 2nd year of a new 3 year contract with the primary hospital with built-in escalors. With the new hospital contract, average total compensation for a W2 full time full call doc was $600K in the first partial year of the contract, with a range of $470K - $850K, higher or lower depending on what types and how much call and vacation you take. Part-time positions also available. Built in step increases in hospital contract and significant upside possible with changes in staffing models. Primarily physician anesthesia with option for some medical direction or supervision of very high quality CRNAs. Superb quality and unfailing commitment to fair treatment of physicians; extremely low turnover. Resort town with great climate, year-round hiking/biking/tennis/golf ; world class culture & resorts, excellent public schools, etc. Full financial partnership immediately, full stockholder/partner with equal voting rights after 18 months. Part time work also a possibility. Signing bonus or moving expenses!
