The applicant should be admitted to practice law in New York with 3+ years of experience handling all phases of civil litigation in the downstate area. Experience in the fields of automobile accidents, premises liability, products liability, property damage, labor law, contracts, municipal liability, commercial litigation and appeals is preferred. * The applicant should have experience handling depositions.
* Court appearances, mediations, motion practice, research assignments and drafting evaluation reports.
