The law firm of Collins, Zorn & Wagner, P.L.L.C. is currently seeking an associate attorney with 4 years' experience in research and writing. The associate in this position will be responsible for performing discovery, motion practice, and briefing in active cases filed in the Oklahoma Eastern, Northern, and Western Federal District Courts and Oklahoma Courts statewide. This position will also include appellate writing in the 10th Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court. Collins, Zorn and Wagner, P.L.L.C., is primarily a defense litigation firm focusing on civil rights, employment, and constitutional law. Salary is commensurate with experience. Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
