We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Customer Service Agent who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping people . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a team, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and creates a warm, welcoming experience for every patient they speak with.
What Youll Do
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth in both English and Spanish
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately
- Enter and update patient information in our system
- Help patients understand services, benefits, and next steps
- Support smooth communication between clinics and patients
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of interactions
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
- Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly phone presence
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive, team-player mindset
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
- Medical office or call center experience preferred (not required)
