Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our busy, professional auto body shop. This role is ideal for someone who is confident using CCC ONE and bilingual , understands the repair process, and knows how to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced collision repair environment.
You will be the main point of contact for customers and play a key role in keeping repairs moving smoothly from intake to delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism
- Manage customer files and repair status using CCC ONE
- Schedule repairs, drop-offs, and pick-ups
- Communicate repair progress clearly to customers
- Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and insurance companies
- Review estimates, supplements, and invoices with customers
- Process payments and close repair orders
- Maintain organized front office operations
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- CCC ONE experience required
- Prior auto body or collision repair experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with insurance-driven repairs
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
