Branch Manager – Wailuku, Maui
Bishop & Company is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a financial institution’s Wailuku Branch . This is a key leadership role responsible for driving branch performance, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining strong financial and operational controls.
Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Compensation
  • Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all sales and service activities within the branch
  • Develop and execute branch marketing and business development plans
  • Manage operating budget, profitability, and overall financial performance
  • Ensure operational integrity, compliance, and risk management
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to branch staff
  • Promote and support the organization’s mission, values, and customer-focused culture
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
  • 5–8 years of banking experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of lending experience, including commercial, consumer, and real estate lending (may vary by branch)
  • Strong knowledge of branch banking operations, sales, and consumer lending
  • Working knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, cash management, loans, and fee-based products
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated business development and sales capability
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
