Join the team at Grange Supply Co. of Odessa! We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to handle the delivery and application of essential agricultural products. This is a multi-faceted role that combines driving, field application, and hands-on mechanical work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safe Delivery: Transport agricultural fertilizers and chemicals safely to local growers.
* Field Application: Perform custom application of products directly to growers' fields with precision.
* Equipment Maintenance: Perform shop mechanical work to maintain our fleet of trucks and specialized fertilizer equipment.
* Logistics: Coordinate local pickups of fuel and fertilizer from regional terminals.
Qualifications:
* Class A CDL (preferred).
* Mechanical aptitude and experience with heavy equipment maintenance.
* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in the field.
Compensation:
* Wage: $25.00 - $28.00/hr (final rate depends on CDL classification and experience).
