Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Morrisville, Vermont
Salary: $250K – $300K (may vary based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | 7 AM – 5 PM | 8, 10, or 11-hour shifts

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team and provide independent anesthesia care across a variety of surgical procedures. The role involves delivering safe, high-quality anesthesia services including general, regional, and emergency anesthesia while ensuring excellent patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer general and regional anesthesia for surgical procedures
• Perform airway management and emergency intubation
• Conduct pre-anesthesia patient assessment and monitoring
• Manage invasive lines and ultrasound-guided nerve blocks
• Provide anesthesia for obstetric, orthopedic, pediatric, trauma, and outpatient surgeries
• Monitor patient condition throughout procedures and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing and Nurse Anesthesiology program
• AANA / NBCRNA Certification required
• Active Vermont RN & CRNA license
• DEA registration
• Experience with regional anesthesia and ultrasound-guided blocks preferred
• 1–5 years of independent anesthesia practice preferred

Certifications (Preferred):

• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA)
