Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Grapevine, TX
Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 per year (Based on experience)

Your Mission
As a Tex-Air Account Manager, you'll be the glue between our customers and operations. You'll build strong relationships, manage accounts like a pro, and ensure freight moves seamlessly. Here's what you'll be doing:
* Master Customer Relationships: Build and maintain solid connections with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
* Be a Problem-Solver: Tackle issues head-on and find creative solutions that keep customers happy.
* Stay on Top of Details: Manage customer accounts with precision—because in logistics, details matter.
* Communicate Like a Pro: Keep customers informed, handle inquiries, and collaborate with dispatch and billing teams.
* Keep Orders Flowing: Process and track customer orders with speed and accuracy.
* Help Us Grow: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company success.
Requirements
* Typing speed of at least 60 WPM
* Proficient in Excel and open to learning new software
* Clear, concise communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* 2+ years in account management (trucking or freight industry preferred)
* Familiarity with Crown Data Systems is a plus
* Able to pass a background check
* Must live within 45 minutes of Grapevine, TX
