We're seeking an outstanding Client Care Coordinator to join our dynamic criminal defense law firm located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Our team of passionate professionals is devoted to providing the highest quality legal services to the South Florida community.
This role will be responsible for outstanding customer service, gathering data for defense strategies, and facilitating client intake. Are you passionate about assisting others? Responsibilities:
This job will require all of the following:
- Greeting clients and visitors, both by telephone and in person, and scheduling appointments in a friendly and professional manner
- Processing client intake paperwork in our case management system
- Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team
- Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained the firm
- Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources
- Participate in weekly department meetings, maintain KPIs, data, and metrics
- Assist in the collection of payments from clients as needed
Qualifications:
- You must be confident
- Accept constructive criticism like a professional
- Have extreme attention to detail
- Customer service experience
- Legal experience preferred
- Ability to understand the sales process and how intake plays a vital role in that process
- Exceptional English speaking skills and communication
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Exceptional computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Self-starter who takes initiative
