We are seeking skilled lathe machinists capable of programming, setup and production during 1st shift. Join the M-1 team to work in a clean, modern, high-tech job shop with all newer machinery and equipment where you will work to produce interesting parts in prototype and short run production quantities.

*Positions Available: 1st Shift, 6:00AM-4:30PM *

*Requirements for a CNC Mazak Lathe Machinist: Program, Setup, and Operate Mazak Lathes. *

*Our Machinists are expected to work independently. *

Minimum 10 years of experience or training using Mazak Mazatrol conversational programming (or equivalent) to program and operate their own machines.

Must be able read and understand blueprints and associated technical specifications and use communication skills to produce high quality and close tolerance parts.

Experience machining parts made from aluminum, heat treated stainless steels, titanium, Inconel, and other aerospace alloys required.

Strong communication skills required to produce high quality and close tolerance parts.

Knowledge of Aerospace quality system requirements and production environment is a plus.
