Position Title: Computer Support Associate

Location: Onsite in Urbandale, IA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay rate: $25/hour
Dress Code: Business casual
Workload: 40 hours/week, no overtime, weekends, or on-call required
Team Environment: Support team serving approximately 800 employees
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Education: Degree not required; relevant experience preferred
Open to: Recent graduates

Strong focus on hardware/software break-fix and customer satisfaction
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and projects
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Provide daily operational support for computing environments, including desktops, printers, and conference room technology
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues using documented procedures and knowledge base articles
Support asset lifecycle activities such as imaging, deployment, and disposal of equipment
Maintain accurate records in systems like Asset Center and ServiceNow
Assist with inventory management, supply ordering, and vendor coordination
Create and maintain basic documentation such as contact lists, process logs, and service records
Recognize and resolve routine issues independently; escalate complex problems as needed
Apply basic technical knowledge to tasks like replacing printer components and supporting end-user tickets #INDEPI
