Job Summary


The Customer Service Representative I (CSR) is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in delivering a positive experience. This role focuses on order processing, product support, and professional communication in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn our products and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Greet walk-in customers and handle incoming calls and emails
  • Assist with pricing, product questions, order status, and returns
  • Provide product information (after training) or connect customers with the right team member

Order Processing & Sales Support

  • Accurately enter orders, quotes, and returns
  • Verify product availability, pricing, and lead times
  • Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Pull and package customer orders

Administrative & Inventory

  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Keep counter and showroom clean and organized
  • Participate in physical inventory counts
  • Attend training sessions or trade shows as needed


Requirements:Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience (HVAC/wholesale preferred)
  • Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance when needed
  • HVAC or parts knowledge a plus
  • Experience with Epicor, NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
