???? Schedule: Full-Time | 8-Hour Shifts | Wednesday–Sunday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
???? Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hr + Performance Bonuses | Paid Semi-Monthly

We’re looking for a high-energy Outbound Telemarketer to join our in-office sales and customer service team in Sun Valley, CA . Your main mission? Make outbound calls , engage with potential customers, and spark interest in our services.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on hitting targets, loves talking to people, and wants to grow with a supportive and driven team.

???? What You’ll Do:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients—no fear of cold calling!
• Introduce and promote our services with enthusiasm and clarity.
• Build quick rapport with prospects and convert interest into leads.
• Overcome objections confidently and keep the conversation moving.
• Accurately log calls, feedback, and leads in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve scripts and outreach strategies.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call goals .

???? What You Bring:

• 1+ year of outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a strong plus.
• Strong phone presence and clear communication skills.
• Positive, persistent, and motivated by performance targets.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, talk-heavy environment.
• Familiarity with CRM or call-tracking software is helpful.

• Hourly Pay: $20.00–$22.00 DOE
• Performance Bonuses available based on lead generation and conversion.
