We would like to hire a person with these same ideals for a position as a Cool Guy Customer Service Representative.


Job Description: As a customer service representative, you are the first link between a client and our business. The first impression they get when calling in and the one that will help establish that relationship.

Duties:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with focus on converting calls into booked appointments.
  • Identify customer needs and assist with product information and appointment availability
  • Strategically schedule and assign our technician teams in a way that maximizes efficiency, revenue and customer satisfaction in a fast paced environment.
  • Conduct outbound calls for job follow ups, unsold estimates, membership opportunities, customer reactivation.
  • Utilize software to document customer interactions and update
