What Youll Do:
- Answer inbound calls and schedule service & project work
- Keep jobs organized by location and timing
- Turn frustrated callers into happy, repeat customers
- Update customer info in our dispatch software
- Work closely with managers, technicians, and project teams to keep the day running smoothly
What You Bring:
- Customer service experience (phone experience is a big plus!)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Construction or home services experience preferred
