- Earn between $30 - $50/hour
- $750 annual mechanic tool allowance
- Mechanic Boot reimbursement (up to $100)
- Company-provided mechanic uniforms
- Certification Incentive Program
- 401(k) plan with company match (50% up to 6%)
- Earn up to 15 days per year. PTO increases with tenure and maxes out at 27 days after 20 years of service.
- At least 2 years of prior mechanic experience in the heavy truck/diesel industry
- Mechanic must have ability to lift up to 30 lbs without assistance
- CDL B with tanker endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- ASE Mechanic and EVT certifications preferred
