Experienced Personal Injury Attorney

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. You will manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution, providing exceptional legal representation and client service at every stage.

Responsibilities

* Manage a full caseload of personal injury cases, primarily motor vehicle accidents
* Conduct thorough case evaluations, including reviewing medical records, police reports, and other relevant documentation
* Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands
* Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
* Prepare for and represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed
* Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the case lifecycle
* Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure efficient case management
* Stay current with developments in personal injury law, relevant statutes, and case precedent

Qualifications

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
* Active Florida bar license in good standing
* Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing personal injury law
* Bilingual (English/Spanish)
* Demonstrated experience handling cases from intake through trial or settlement
* Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving favorable settlements and verdicts
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency xhqgsiq with legal research tools and case management software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with high-value claims
* Established relationships with medical providers and expert witnesses
* Trial experience with successful jury verdict

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
