Primary Healthcare Centers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. What Youll Do
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric and adult patients
  • Perform physical exams, wellness visits, and preventative care
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
  • Develop and manage patient-centered care plans
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
  • Refer patients to specialists when necessary
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications
  • Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license
  • Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Active DEA license or ability to obtain
  • Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills
  • Passion for community-based healthcare
