Type: Locum-to-Perm (3 months initial assignment)
Start Date: ASAP (Target 3/23/2026)
Schedule: 5 days/week, 0–8 call shifts
Patient Panel: 21,000 (all ages)
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: Full clinical and administrative support

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a Family Practice physician with leadership experience to step into an Assistant CMO role while still maintaining some clinical duties. You will help guide clinic operations, manage staff, and shape patient care processes in a supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice
• 3–5 years of clinical experience
• Leadership or Director-level experience preferred
