About the Role:
As a General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, team growth, and financial performance. You'll lead with energy and integrity, setting the tone for hospitality, safety, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and profitability goals.
- Drive excellence in guest service, food safety, and cleanliness.
- Coach and develop managers and team members.
- Handle scheduling, payroll, and deposits.
- Partner with Area Supervisor on staffing, training, and development goals.
Ideal Candidate:
- McDonald's or QSR management experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proficient in computer and reporting systems.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with reliable transportation.
- Available for 45-48 hours/week
