The Global VP of People will be responsible for all aspects of the People function, including: building the recruiting strategy, employee relations and HR operations in the different geographies, repatriation, learning and leadership development programs, compensation and performance management etc. This person will be a key member of the leadership team and will work cross-functionally to help drive HR strategy and implementation and will report to the President and COO.

  1. Build a world-class recruiting function that partners with local management and scales to support the needs of a rapidly growing, high tech and diversified organization
  2. Oversee Learning & Development initiatives globally that empower Company managers and leaders to become more effective through measurable KPIs.
  3. Take global charge on matters of talent, people development, and retention
  4. Implement data-driven, analytical processes that will enable the Company to better align their People practices to broader business objectives, i.e. rolling out a new global HRIS and then leveraging People Analytics tools, creating scalable recruiting processes that build their internal team’s capabilities, etc.
  5. Be a trusted advisor to the leadership team; provide coaching and support with all talent related issues & conflict management.
  6. Manage the Global HR Department and ensure execution of all HR aspects such as: employee relations, performance & talent management, org structure, training and development and operational projects.
  7. Facilitate organizational development through change management as the company continues to grow and scale globally. They’d love your help creating global policies and processes

Position Requirements:
  1. At least 8 years of previous experience in global HR Management roles in a rapidly-growing , high-tech, global and dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  2. Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale
  3. Deep understanding of the business landscape & strategy in technology companies
  4. Experience being both strategic, as well as hands-on and tactical
  5. Excitement and a positive attitude driving the use of data to make recommendations and decisions
  6. Strong thought leadership and demonstrated success utilizing HR best practices
  7. Great interpersonal skills and comfort connecting with people at all levels of the organization
  8. A can-do attitude that’s positive, problem-solving-focused, and empathetic
