Grades K - 5 Grades 6 - 8 Occupational Therapist School Setting in Chandler, AZ

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Deliver occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12 within a school setting located in Chandler, AZ. This contract position runs from January 2026 through June 2026, offering a rewarding opportunity to support student development across elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy interventions to students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12, addressing diverse needs within the school environment.

• Conduct assessments to determine student abilities and monitor progress regularly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active State License in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently within a school context.
