Requirements  Physician Leader must have recent experience at a similar size facility. Proven experience on CV.Work with scheduling on management of schedule and open shifts.Interview process with recruiting to staff the roster with FT Team They will partner with their on-site facility leaders especially the CMO and will work with them on meeting budget and standards/metrics including the length of stay patient satisfaction and physical retention. Assist with management of performance/conflict issues which may arise with current HM staff.Schedule will consist of regular M - F at Memorial Savannah with ability to perform administrative and clinical shifts. 7 on/7 off will be considered.
