An established Hematology/Oncology group in Lexington is looking for a physician who wants real input into how their practice is structured. Full-time or part-time, the schedule and volume are built around you.

Practice Details

• Ready-made patient panel with strong APP support for clinic and care coordination
• Both inpatient and outpatient oncology care
• Multiple practice locations, including sites without weekend coverage
• Collaborative, team-based culture with a focus on long-term physician sustainability

Schedule

• 1:6 weekday phone-only call
• 1:4 weekend morning call, with flexibility by site
• Patient volumes tailored to your preferences

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation structure tailored to full-time or part-time arrangements
• 33 days of PTO plus 11 paid holidays
• One week of CME with a 4,000 annual allowance
• Malpractice coverage with tail included
