Location: Klamath Falls, Oregon
Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care within your specialty, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including behavioral health, nursing, dental, and care coordination staff.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and team meetings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Engage in preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education.
• Contribute to population health and community wellness initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of accredited residency or fellowship program in the relevant specialty.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (depending on specialty).
• Active or eligible for Oregon medical licensure and DEA certification.
• Commitment to serving an underserved or rural community.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a community health, rural, or FQHC environment.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
