Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive clinical care within your specialty, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including behavioral health, nursing, dental, and care coordination staff.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and team meetings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Engage in preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education.
- Contribute to population health and community wellness initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of accredited residency or fellowship program in the relevant specialty.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (depending on specialty).
- Active or eligible for Oregon medical licensure and DEA certification.
- Commitment to serving an underserved or rural community.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a community health, rural, or FQHC environment.
- Experience with electronic medical records.
