What will you do?
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to operational teams, ensuring they have the tools, guidance, and resources to deliver exceptional service and meet business objectives.
  • Partner with operational leaders to build strong, collaborative relationships, offering strategic HR advice that drives positive business outcomes and supports long-term goals.
  • Support business objectives by designing and implementing people initiatives tailored to operational needs.
  • Provide professional HR advice to on-site operational teams and manage industrial relations matters.
  • Manage employee grievances, workplace investigations, and broader ER/IR matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on enterprise agreements, awards, and internal policies.
  • Review and update HR-related documentation
  • Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
More about you
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role, with a proven track record of embedding sound HR practices.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated, compliance-driven environment; hospitality, gaming or retail experience will be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HR systems and data analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Passionate about supporting, coaching, and guiding managers through HR processes and best practices.
  • Proven experience in handling workplace grievances and investigations.
  • Proven experience in delivering strategic HR projects and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
