CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Inside Sales Representative - Appointment Setter, you'll be the reassuring voice on the line - helping homeowners connect with our experts and move toward solutions. Your responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- Scheduling appointments with qualified leads
- Asking questions to understand homeowner needs
- Resolving basic objections with empathy
- Accurately documenting information in our CRM
- Coordinating with the sales team for a smooth transition
This role moves quickly, with 20–30+ calls per hour, but it's deeply rewarding because every call makes a real difference. Here's the schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
- Friday: Optional 2:00 PM–5:00 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication skills

Having inside sales, call center, or appointment-setting experience is preferred but not required!
