Insurance Agency - Licensed Sales Professional

We have an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Sales Professional. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, competitive environment with unlimited earning potential. Property and Casualty Licensed preferred and being bilingual in Spanish is required.

Position Overview: Don McGill Toyota Houston partners with multiple carriers and operates a full-service insurance brokerage within the dealership. This is a full-time permanent position, offering hourly base pay + commission + benefits . Licensed sales professionals will work on-site at the dealership, assisting customers in evaluating their entire insurance portfolio and ensure they receive the protection they are seeking.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through dealership referrals, networking, and engaging with service drive customers

  • Conduct needs analysis to customize insurance products to meet individual client requirements.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, explaining insurance policy options.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.

  • Set and achieve individual and team sales goals.

  • Stay updated with current industry trends, products, and regulations.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development .


Requirements

  • Previous experience as a licensed sales professional is preferred but not required.

  • Property & Casualty license preferred.


  • Bilingual in English/Spanish required.

  • Proven ability to achieve goals and objectives.

  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.

  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening).

  • Commitment to continuous education and skill improvement

  • Self-motivated with strong time-management and interpersonal skills

  • Detail oriented and proactive. in problem-solving.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Willingness to work Monday - Saturday (40 hours total).
