Insurance Agency - Licensed Sales Professional
We have an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Sales Professional. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, competitive environment with unlimited earning potential. Property and Casualty Licensed preferred and being bilingual in Spanish is required.
Position Overview: Don McGill Toyota Houston partners with multiple carriers and operates a full-service insurance brokerage within the dealership. This is a full-time permanent position, offering hourly base pay + commission + benefits . Licensed sales professionals will work on-site at the dealership, assisting customers in evaluating their entire insurance portfolio and ensure they receive the protection they are seeking.

Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients through dealership referrals, networking, and engaging with service drive customers
Conduct needs analysis to customize insurance products to meet individual client requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, explaining insurance policy options.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
Set and achieve individual and team sales goals.
Stay updated with current industry trends, products, and regulations.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development .
Requirements
Previous experience as a licensed sales professional is preferred but not required.
Property & Casualty license preferred.
Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
Proven ability to achieve goals and objectives.
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
Commitment to continuous education and skill improvement
Self-motivated with strong time-management and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and proactive. in problem-solving.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to work Monday - Saturday (40 hours total).
