100% Outpatient | No Call | Up to 350K | 4.5-Day Workweek Option

An established outpatient Internal Medicine practice just minutes from Auburn, Alabama is looking for a physician who wants to focus entirely on patients without the weight of inpatient work or call. Six physicians, eight APPs, a Monday through Friday schedule, and total earning potential up to 350,000 make this one of the cleaner outpatient IM setups in the region.

Practice Details

• Established outpatient group with six physicians and eight APPs in a collaborative, continuity-focused environment
• 100 percent outpatient Internal Medicine with no inpatient work or call of any kind
• Adult and geriatric-focused patient population with flexibility to shape your panel
• Dedicated administrative time is built into the schedule alongside 32 to 34 patient-facing hours per week

Schedule

• Choice of a 4.5 or 5-day workweek
• Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• No call, no weekends, no inpatient responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of 260,000 with total earning potential up to 350,000
