Salary: $28 - $38 per hour

A bit about us:

This is a temporary position for an IT Consultant to cover General IT Troubleshooting and Support Onsite in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi programming, along with general IT troubleshooting and support experience. This role will involve on-site IT tasks, ad-hoc help desk support, and network configuration, requiring flexibility for extended hours and occasional weekends.

Job Details

We are seeking a skilled IT professional with over 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or related roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting, as well as hands-on experience with network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.

Key qualifications include:

Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and common enterprise IT systems.
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Physical capability to lift and transport IT equipment as needed.
