Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for an Occupational Therapist specializing in Early Childhood through High School education levels (Grades K-12) to support student development in a school setting. The position is contract-based, located in Worcester, MA, with a focus on providing OT services across a range of grade levels, including Early Childhood, Elementary School, Middle School (Grades 6-8), and High School (Grades 9-12).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to students in grades K-12.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
  • Assist students in improving daily living skills, fine motor skills, sensory processing, and overall functional independence.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Active state license in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience working with school-aged children across various grade levels (Early Childhood to High School).
  • Strong understanding of age-appropriate therapeutic techniques and educational environments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 30+ hours per week, 5 days per week
