We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Construction Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a background in landscaping/ hardscaping. Our work includes patio installations, retaining walls, plant installations, drainage enhancements, etc. hardscaping for both residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage 3 landscape construction crews across multiple job sites
- Coordinate and order materials for specific projects
- Manage labor and daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and vendors
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
Qualifications:
- Experience in landscape construction and hardscape project management
- Bilingual - English and Spanish Speaking
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of materials, equipment, and installation practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
