Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations and ensure the successful execution of landscaping projects and maintenance services. This role is responsible for managing crews, scheduling jobs, maintaining quality standards, controlling budgets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on landscaping knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple crews and projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for landscape maintenance and installation crews
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all landscaping projects and service routes
• Supervise crew leaders and field staff to ensure productivity and quality
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets company standards
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment usage
• Monitor project timelines and budgets
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Communicate with clients regarding project updates, concerns, and service expectations
• Resolve operational issues and customer service concerns promptly
• Assist with estimating, bidding, and project planning when needed
• Maintain inventory of tools, vehicles, and landscaping materials
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance for company equipment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape management, operations, or crew supervision required
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation, and installation practices
• Experience managing multiple teams and schedules
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read landscape plans and work orders
• Budgeting and cost-control experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
