Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about policies and services.
  • Assist customers with policy changes, endorsements, and billing inquiries.
  • Process new business applications and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Help customers understand their coverage and identify potential gaps or needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our agency management system.
  • Support the agency owner and other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Valid Michigan Property & Casualty License (Required).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and standard office software.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
