Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about policies and services.
- Assist customers with policy changes, endorsements, and billing inquiries.
- Process new business applications and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
- Help customers understand their coverage and identify potential gaps or needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our agency management system.
- Support the agency owner and other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements
- Valid Michigan Property & Casualty License (Required).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with computer systems and standard office software.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
