Mileage Reimbursement: Provided for eligible travel between visits

Requirements

• Active Ohio or compact LPN license

• Home care or visit-based nursing experience preferred

• Ability to work independently in a home setting

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Ability to pass background screening requirements

• Professional and compassionate patient care approach

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home nursing visits per established plan of care

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor changes in condition

• Perform wound care and other skilled nursing tasks

• Educate patients and families on care plans and medications

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
