Requirements  Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Ontario OR is seeking a locum OBGYN provider to fill their need!Schedule:Clinic amp Hospital CallOB GYN Full ScopeLow volume with rare Call BackDates Needed coverage:Full-time coverage needed Client wants to review providers that can cover at least 14 shifts in a row per monthDetails:Locums will NOT be responsible for supervising other providersEMR: EPICFull Scope OB/GYN. The facility has a 10-bed LDRP Labor Delivery Recovery and Postpartum Unit with a 2-bed newborn nursery.Annual delivery rate of 400 babiesTravel Reimbursements:Flights - 750/round trip cap to include all taxes and feesLodging - 179/night cap for hotels to include all taxes and fees. Preferred Lodging: Candlewood Suites Boise – Towne Square an IHG Hotel.Rental Car - To be reimbursed by facility not to be used with personal car/mileage reimbursement. 50/day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class.
