Locums Family Medicine Physician in Greenville, North Carolina - Behavioral Health Focus

Join a collaborative inpatient behavioral health setting in North Carolina with a structured weekday schedule and no call requirements. This role focuses on adult patients with medical and psychiatric needs.

Practice & Cases

• Inpatient setting supporting adult behavioral health patients
• Work alongside psychiatrists, advanced practitioners, nurses, and support staff
• Manage medical needs, including chronic conditions, wound care, and acute issues
• Focus on addiction and mental health patient population

Schedule

• Monday through Friday coverage
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shifts
• Initial 3-month commitment with ongoing need
• Consistent daily patient care responsibilities

Requirements

• Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active North Carolina license required
• DEA and BLS certifications

Logistics

• Travel and lodging arranged and covered
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 2-4 weeks
