PRACTICE OVERVIEW

• Join 3 oncologists at Idaho's largest oncology program, supported by 14 system-wide oncologists and 17 APPs
• Walk into an existing patient panel with potential to inherit additional volume
• All procedures handled by IR, and an embedded clinical pharmacist supports chemo verification and the oral chemo program
• Advanced hematologic malignancies managed by subspecialists, with a broad solid tumor mix serving a 1.2M population

CALL & SCHEDULE

• 4-day work week, clinic hours approximately 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, no weekends
• Home call only, nurse triage filters calls, no in-person hospital requirements
• Approximately 2 new patients per day, 15 to 20 total, with flexible scheduling
• Minimal admin, about 2 hours per month of tumor board, plus ambient AI scribe eliminates after-hours charting

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• 589K base plus uncapped wRVU, current providers earning 767K to 1.14M
• 8 weeks vacation plus 2 weeks CME with full allowance

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• BC/BE in Medical Oncology
• Solid tumor focus, no procedural requirements
• Clinical trials available but not required, ideal for physicians seeking optional academic involvement
