Position Activities and Responsibilities:

• Perform cosmetic treatments including but not limited to Botox, Dysport, Jeaveaux, dermal fillers, microneedling, laser hair removal, BBL, etc.
• Perform Botox for Chronic Migraine treatment
• Assess patients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on procedures, expected outcomes, and post-care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all medical regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest aesthetic technique and trends along with product advancements
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Attends and participates in all general and team meetings
• Participates in all necessary aspects of marketing/special event planning and execution
• Social media presence

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA OH license
• Minimum of 1 year injecting experience
• Certification and proficiency in administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers- mid to high level skills with Allergan and Galderma portfolios
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient assessment and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
• Commitment to patient safety, education, and natural-looking results
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for aesthetics and patient care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
