OBGYN Opportunity in Texas

Join a well-established OB/GYN program at a 220-bed hospital serving the growing Permian Basin region. This collaborative practice environment features a family-centered NICU and a strong multidisciplinary care team, providing physicians with exceptional clinical support and the opportunity to build a busy, rewarding practice with earning potential at the national 90th percentile.

• Balanced practice with a mix of clinic and hospital-based care
• 60% Obstetrics / 40% Gynecology
• Average patient volume of 20-25 patients per day
• Strong multidisciplinary support allowing physicians to focus on patient care

• 4.5 clinic days per week with 0.5 dedicated surgical day
• Standard operating hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 1:3 call rotation (practice call only)

• Competitive compensation structure including base salary, RVU productivity, and annual bonus incentives
• Established providers earning 800,000-900,000 annually
