Integrated Pain Associates (IPA) is a physician-led, multi-location pain management group dedicated to restoring function and improving quality of life for patients suffering from chronic pain. With clinics and surgical centers across Texas, IPA combines advanced interventional techniques with compassionate, patient-centered care.

Our Amarillo location offers a well-established referral base, excellent procedural support, and a four-day workweek that prioritizes worklife balance. This is an ideal opportunity for a fellowship-trained physician seeking a rewarding, procedural-focused practice within a collaborative and efficient clinical environment.

Position Highlights
  • Four-day clinical schedule (MondayThursday) no nights, weekends, or call

  • $550,000.00 Annual Salary, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions

  • Minimally invasive procedures, SI Fusion, Faced Fusion, Peripheral Stimulation
  • Perform a full range of interventional pain procedures (e.g., epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulator trials and implants, and regenerative therapies)

  • Collaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice development

Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school

  • Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management  (ACGME-accredited)

  • Board certified or board eligible in Pain Medicine (Anesthesiology or PM&R welcome but not required)

  • Eligible for Texas medical licensure and DEA registration
