Position Overview We are seeking a confident and experienced litigation attorney to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable taking depositions and being in the courtroom, someone who thrives under pressure, and wants real trial opportunities not just settlement files.The right candidate will take ownership of cases from the pre litigation stage, though litigation and through verdict. Responsibilities

* Manage litigation caseload from pre-filing through trial
* Draft and argue motions
* Take and defend depositions (fact witnesses, experts, corporate reps)
* Handle mediations and settlement negotiations
* Proactively prepare trial strategy, exhibits, and witness outlines
* Conduct jury trials (first-chair or second-chair depending on experience)
* Mentor junior attorneys and work closely with paralegals
* Working smart by using systems software and AI products to save time and increase accuracy

Qualifications

* J.D. from an accredited law school
* Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Utah
* 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferred
* Demonstrated trial experience (jury trial experience strongly preferred)
* Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills
* Excellent writing and analytical abilities
* Self-motivated xhqgsiq with a competitive drive
