About Infinity Health
Infinity Health is a purpose-driven Community Health Center providing integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and care coordination services under one connected organization. We are a trusted partner in the communities we serve, building strong collaborative relationships to expand access and improve health outcomes. Our brand is grounded in four core values—Respect, Integrity, Commitment, and Excellence—which guide how we care for patients and how we treat one another. Infinity Health provides person-first care for all through a connected healthcare model to make communities stronger, and we are intentionally building a culture of trust rooted in accountability, growth, and meaningful service.
The Opportunity
We are seeking MD/DO providers who are committed to serving patients at a level that truly meets the needs of the community and organization. The right provider attracts individuals and families to seek care at Infinity Health because of their reputation for high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care. This role offers the opportunity to practice within an integrated, team-based model while contributing to the continued growth and strengthening of our organization and the communities we serve.
What We Expect Clinically
Our providers deliver comprehensive, high-level care with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. They strive to get better every day, clinically and operationally, and actively contribute to building and refining policies and procedures that improve care delivery and efficiency. Providers represent Infinity Health with professionalism and a positive brand presence, supporting value-based care, population health initiatives, and coordinated services across disciplines.
Cultural & Behavioral Expectations
Infinity Health is building a culture of trust, and we seek providers who live our values daily. This includes demonstrating respect for patients and colleagues, practicing with integrity in every interaction, and maintaining a deep commitment to the organization’s mission. Ideal candidates exhibit compassion, accept feedback with humility, respect diverse perspectives, and remain teachable and open to coaching.
