What We Offer You

• C ollaborative Practice Model: Join a group of 120+ providers, including 46 Primary Care Physicians and 10 APPs
• Integrated Ancillary Services: On-site X-ray, MRI, CT, Lab, Ultrasound, and more to support efficient patient care
• Flexible Workweek: Choose a 4- or 5-day schedule, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
• Outstanding Compensation Package: Two-year guaranteed salary, signing bonus, partnership potential with minimal buy-in, and long-term income potential of 500K-600K

Who You Are

• BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Eligible new graduates or practicing physicians
• Team-oriented approach to care with an interest in long-term growth
