Eagle Eye Renovations is seeking independent sales contractors to generate leads and secure residential exterior projects, including roofing, exterior painting, and gutter services.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity , not an employee position. Contractors operate independently and provide sales and lead generation services to Eagle Eye Renovations.

Scope of Work:

•  Identify and approach homeowners to introduce exterior services 
•  Generate leads for roof inspections, paint estimates, and related services 
•  Schedule qualified inspection appointments 
•  Facilitate project opportunities that result in executed contracts 
•  Operate independently in selecting areas, approach methods, and schedule 

Compensation Structure:

• Commission on closed projects (percentage based) 
• Flat-rate compensation for qualified inspection appointments generated
•  No cap on earnings 

Contractor Requirements:

•  Must operate as an independent contractor (1099) 
•  Responsible for own schedule, methods, and approach to generating business 
•  Provide own transportation and any necessary tools 
•  Maintain professionalism when representing services to homeowners 
•  Prior sales or door-to-door experience preferred, but not required 

Independent Contractor Status:

•  This role is not an employment relationship 
•  Contractors are not provided wages, benefits, or hourly compensation 
•  Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses 
•  Contractors retain control over how, when, and where they perform their services
